Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase. Next day shipments will be shipped if the order is placed before 5pm. Next day shipping does not apply for orders placed on Fridays. Orders placed on Friday for next day delivery will be delivered on Monday.

During times of high volume or COVID impacts, parcels may be delayed by a few days. We will do all we can to dispatch on time and appreciate your patience.

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not get this, please get in touch.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please check expected lead times at checkout.

Most orders to the surrounding countries of The Netherlands should have delivery within 2-3 working days. Others further away may take longer. Please select the shipping option you want based on your requirements.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once the shipment leaves the warehouse you will receive an email with all tracking information.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Stock is warehoused in the European Union. All orders from within the EU will not be subject to any import VAT or duties. Countries such as Norway and Switzerland you will need to pay import duties and VAT at your local rate. Mighty cannot be held responsible for costs or problems with getting through customs. If you are ordering from the UK then please do not purchase from this site.


Mighty Audio Inc is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We ship to all countries within the European region - due to stock coming from our warehouse in the Netherlands, costs and lead times can vary quite significantly. Below is our expected length of time for shipments

Returns Policy

You can return or exchange your item 30 days after it is received for any reason with proof of purchase, packaging, tags intact and all items included. Note that the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse in The Netherlands.

We are able in some instances to provide a link to pay for your shipping label and print at home. Please note that if you do return your product, please use a tracked shipping service. Any items sent on a non tracked service that do not arrive at the warehouse we cannot provide a refund for. Please note that it can take up to 30 days from receiving your product until a refund is processed.

All items come with a standard warranty. If your item is faulty, please contact our customer support team and we will do our best to help support you.
